Minimalist Living Room Poster Mockup - Neutral Interior, Soft Daylight

Q: What size is this poster mockup?

This living room poster mockup is set up for a 16x16 inch square print - a popular format that fits standard frames and works well for illustrated art, typographic quotes, and botanical prints. The blank poster appears unframed on the wall, letting buyers see exactly how the artwork looks in a real home interior.

This minimalist living room poster mockup puts your 16x16 design on a blank white print hanging flat against an off-white textured wall, lit by soft natural window light from the right. A stoneware table lamp on a walnut console sits just below the frame, while a leafy green houseplant and a cream linen sofa ground the scene in a real, lived-in interior that sells home decor art far better than a plain studio wall.

What the scene shows

The poster hangs flat and unframed on a lightly textured off-white wall. Soft daylight enters from a tall window on the right, casting an even, shadow-free wash across the paper - ideal for showing fine typography, line art, or illustrated prints without color shift or glare. A textured ceramic lamp with a linen drum shade sits on a walnut wood console just below, alongside stacked books, a small wooden bowl, and a potted plant in the corner. A cream linen sofa arm fills the foreground.

It reads as a real room, not a studio cutout - and that authenticity is what drives clicks on Etsy listings and Pinterest pins.
