Credits are a flexible way to use advanced features. You get a set number each month depending on your plan, and you can spend them on API calls, batch exports, MockAnything AI generations, integrations and the product customizer. All credits are the same — one pool, full flexibility.
Do downloads count against my credits?
No. Downloads are unlimited on Pro and Custom plans. Only the free plan has a daily download limit.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can upgrade your plan for more credits, or buy a top-up. If your credits run out, credit-based features pause until your balance refreshes at the start of the next billing cycle.
Do credits have an expiry date?
Yes — one month or twelve, depending on whether you are on a monthly or annual subscription, which means credits reset on your subscription’s start date. You can always buy one-off credits from the app if you need them.
Can I use my own mockups?
Yes. Upload your own custom Photoshop mockups for full control, or use MockAnything AI to upload a PNG or JPEG and generate new mockups automatically.
What formats are supported?
PNG, JPEG and WebP. For the best performance and quality we recommend WebP.
